When you register and/or buy or sell tickets, we ask you for the following information:
First name, Last name and Email address and telephone number,

SECURITY
Your information is stored on our servers located in the United States and Malaysia. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the site. Therefore, although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Security is extended to all credit card transactions processed by NBePay payment gateway, which is a leading payment authorisation service for online businesses. Credit card information sent is encrypted to guarantee security. We do not store any credit card information in our terminals or on our site.
PAYMENT GATEWAY SECURITY
We understand how important security is when making online purchases. As a result, we have appointed NBePay System, which is owned by NetBuilder (M) Sdn Bhd to handle all our online payment transactions. NetBuilder (M) Sdn Bhd, is a reputable MSC (Multi-media Super Corridor) status company with a presence in the market for over 10 years.
NBePay Payment System
NBePay System is 3-D secure compliant. 3-D Secure is a cardholder authentication mechanism. The authentication will go through this process:
Respective card association, i.e. MasterCard or VISA, checks every card entered in their system. It will verify whether or not an authentication is required for the given card.
If so, the cardholder is redirected to the issuer bank’s system to identify himself. The result of the authentication is then handed back to the payment gateway.
If not, then the payment will be process immediately.
The result of the authentication is then handed back to the payment gateway (NBePay System).
NBePay Payment System’s Security
The NBePay System connection is SSL enabled (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is an established industry standard that encrypts the channel between a Web browser and Web server to ensure the privacy and reliability of data transmitted over this channel. As such, all information traveling through our server is highly secure. Our NBePay System also includes real-time payment processing and fraud scanning over the Internet and Geometric fraud prevention mechanism.
After the payment has been made, a system generated receipt of the transaction will be displayed for a few seconds for your viewing. After that, you will be taken back to our website. A copy of the same system generated receipt that was displayed earlier will be sent to you and to us as proof of payment via email.
