Purchasing a ticket


I haven't received (or accidentally deleted) the email I need to print my purchased tickets. What do I do?

1) Click "Find Your Orders" at the top of Tixku.com
2) Provide your email address in the form
3) Click the "Resend tickets" button
4) We would a link to the tickets page to you. The link would contain the details of the tickets purchased, with a link to download them.



What methods of payment does Tixku accept?

Tixku.com accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. If the event for which you are buying tickets is located in the Malaysia, Tixku.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, FPX, Maybank2u, RHB Now, Hong Leong Online, Alliance Online, AmOnline, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam Online, PBebank, Webcash, MEPS Cash, and Mobile Money

Additionally, All ticket prices for events that occur in the Malaysia are stated in Malaysian Ringgit.



If I order multiple tickets on a single order, how many emails will I get?

For online orders: You will receive one confirmation e-mail with a link to pick up your tickets. Simply Follow the link. All tickets purchased would be provided in a list on page, which can be downloaded via a PDF file



My event was canceled or rescheduled. Can I get a refund?

We're fans too, and when an artist, team, venue, or promoter cancels or postpones an event we feel your pain! So we work hard to make refunds as painless as possible.

If your event was canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: We'll inform you of the cancellation and will refund the entire order, including fees on the same payment method used for purchase. If you bought your tickets at a retail outlet, please return them at the same location.

If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time As soon as possible. Can't make it? The decision to issue refunds for rescheduled events is up to the individual artist, team, venue, or promoter, but we'll do everything we can to help! Do I have an order if I received an error when trying to buy tickets?

We apologize that you have encountered difficulties with our online service.

Before re-attempting your purchase, we recommend that you check our system via clicking the Find Your Orders link. If an order was placed, you would be sent the details via email. If no order has been confirmed via email, we recommend that you then re-attempt your purchase.



I bought tickets but I can't go to the event. Can I get a refund?

While some artists, teams, venues, etc. let us take tickets back and issue refunds if something comes up and you can't make it, unfortunately "No Refunds" is standard policy for most. While we're working to change that, we'll do everything we can to help you in the meantime! Just contact us by clicking the Contact Us link at the top.



Can someone else use my purchased tickets?

It depends on the event organiser. Many event organisers let you designate an alternate name for will call pickup and may require that person to present a photo ID, the Tixku order number, and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card you used to buy the tickets. Be safe: Block out everything but the last four digits of your account number!

To request alternate pickup for tickets you've already bought, please contact us by clicking the Contact us link. Someone from our Support team will arrange it - if it's OK with the venue - and tell you what that person needs to bring to the will call window.



What are Tixku fees associated with a ticket purchase?

Convenience Fee Charges:
This fee covers costs that allow Tixku to provide the widest range of available tickets while giving you multiple ways to purchase. This charge also covers but is not limited to services, such as taking and maintaining your order on our ticketing systems. The convenience charge varies by event and is determined by negotiations with arena operators, promoters and others, based on costs for each event.

How much does it cost to use Tixku?

Tixku is free to create your events. If your event is free, Tixku does not charge your customers or you for the tickets you sell.

If you are charging for your event, there is a flat fee of RM 3.00 for each ticket sold. This is negotiable with the alternative been a reasonable percentage of the cost of the ticket. You can contact us via the Contact link.



When do I get paid for my events?

Payouts are generally issued 7 to a maximum of 14 business days after your event ends, and takes a number of days to reach you.



How are payouts sent to me?

Payouts are issued directly into your local Malaysian bank account. Alternative methods can be arranged, You can contact us via the Contact link should you need an alternative payout method.



How can I view/edit the payout details for my event?

Once you submit your payout account details the feature would be disabled.

To setup your payout bank details, follow the following instructions : -

1. Login to your Event Manager by clicking the Login link above
2. Click Account Settings on the top menu

Does Tixku still charge a fee for orders that I refund?

For an order that you completely refund, Tixku refunds all fees associated with that order.
